Cecil is a menu widget which hangs on top of your screen. You can keep there all your favorite programs, web pages, documents, music, videos, etc. – just as you would do with shortcuts on the desktop, but without getting the usual messy, crowded sight.
You can organize items in menus and sub-menus by the project they relate to, and you can have all the items of a menu launch with just one click, as a suite.
If you know a thing or two about programs, you can make use of command line arguments to control how your programs start. If you can code, you can attach JavaScript or Windows Batch code to your menu items, to have them perform complex tasks.
