Employee Desktop Live Viewer comes with two setup files: Viewer and Agent. The Viewer is installed on the Server computer and Agent on the target remote computer(s) that have to be monitored on Network. The agent setup file can be installed both remotely (with administrative rights) as well as manually on the target computers. It works as a surveillance camera pointed towards the desktop screen of the computer(s) and showing you each and every activity performed by the employee.

Viewer receives information from the agent and it displays those activities in the computer thumbnails. If the Network speed is slow or there are any other connectivity problems then the agent faces difficulties in transfer of data. Here, you need to have good speed and connectivity on Network.
