The results contain four fields:
• type of contact;
• the contact information itself (i.e. phone number or e-mail address);
• URL where the information was extracted from and date/time of the extraction.

The program comes with filtering and data export options that make managing contact information easy. For example, if you want to display only fax numbers extracted within past 10 days from .org websites etc., the contact data can be easily exported from the program to a file, clipboard or MS Office application (MS Excel or Word, in particular).

Data export
All data can be transferred to MS Office applications and use them in mass mailing programs or list management applications. When exporting data you can select the types of contact information you need and the time period when it was extracted.
