TURBOFLOORPLAN 3D Building & 2D Layout Techniques

TurboFloorPlan is a wonderful tool for producing 3D conceptual designs, as well as 2D Plans, Elevations and Sections. When used in conjunction with TurboCAD®, your TurboFloorPlan work can be redefined in a powerful and meaningful way.

TurboFloorPlan 3D Building – 2D Layout Techniques training videos show you all you need to unlock your TurboFloorPlan work into a useful and printable format that can be used for creating a set of working drawings that can be used for estimating, further refinements and even building permits.

Watch and learn as TurboFloorPlan expert Jack Zimmer (www.zimmerdesign.com), teaches some basics of creating a full 3D residential home model in TurboFloorPlan. He’ll then take you step-by-step through the process of Export – Import of critical aspects of your work to create the finished 2D work in TurboCAD.

In the videos you will learn how to use an image of a 2D image of a floor plan as a tracing layer to create a fully rendered, 3D Model.

In the 3D Model design portion of the Tutorial, you will learn about:
• Creating and editing Plan view from a Tracing Layer with TurboFloorPlan
• Adding Textures to your design and setting Camera positions for viewing
• Rendering your 3D model
• Adding Dimensions and Text to your drawing
• Exporting TurboFloorPlan 2D views of your drawing as .DXF

In the TurboCAD chapters of the Tutorial, you will learn about:
