Features

Page awareness
Automatically keeps track of the page the user is on, no matter how deep in the menu structure.

Note: If you are using URL rewriting, such as Apache's mod_rewrite, you have to pass in the name of the page so that the menu system can determine which subpage is selected.

Unlimited submenu levels
Most menu systems can only handle a predefined number of levels. PHPMenus supports an unlimited number of submenu levels, and will correctly fold out the correct ones no matter how deep the user is in the structure.

Fully customizable using standard CSS
All generated html elements follow a simple, pre-defined naming structure so you can style all levels of the menu individually.

Want the menu to be vertical instad? No problem - just change the entire look using basic CSS.

Great Performance
The menu is designed to be as lightweight as possible and will not negatively affect your server performance.
