Atomic CD Email Extractor is a unique and ideal solution for collecting previously unusable e-mail addresses from all of your CDs and DVDs.

You have total control - specify which files and folders to search and which ones to skip as there are various filters and limiters for each search. By default, Atomic CD Email Extractor skips graphic, music and some other file types that never contain any email addresses. That makes it very fast.

Atomic CD Email Extractor works with any CD and DVD drive. It also supports multiple drives. It automatically detects how many drives are present and will either start to search a single ddisk or all the drives you specify.

The program also allows you to instantly stop the search at any time. The email addresses found on the CD can be saved to the clipboard or you can specify a filename to save them to. It is also possible to transfer the addresses directly to Microsoft Word or Excel.

Email address extracting
Put in the CD/DVD, run the program and press START. That's all! You will get the list of all available email addresses from your disk.

Filter files
The user is provided with an opportunity to set the file filter according to the specified masks ("Options/Filter"). The files are divided onto:
• "Only in these" – the program search for email addresses in files of a specified type only. User can edit the current list of file types.
• "Do not search" – all the files that meet the specified exceptions will be ignored on searching process. User can edit the list of file types by adding or deleting the masks.

This filter provides you with an opportunity to optimize the program work by skipping the files that cannot contain email addresses inherently (for example, *.jpg, *.bmp and *.zip files).

Filter email addresses
You are allowed to set the exceptions of email addresses previously ("Options/Filter e-mails"). Then Atomic CD Email Extractor will not extract them while searching.

It is a good way to exclude email addresses you receive automatic mail from like "noreply", etc. The mask of exception can contain either domain or user name only or the full email addresses.

Email list management
Atomic CD Email Extractor has special options for managing the list of extracted email addresses ("Export" tab). You can sort email addresses alphabetically or clear it completely.

Besides, the program can detect suspicious email addresses, allows their editing, deleting, also you can customize deleting. To customize deleting means to remove addresses with the same names, domains or zones.

Expanded log
All the search results are placed in the Log. It consists of two parts – "Email address" and "File Name".
"Email address" column displays the list of extracted email addresses. You can mail to any address or try to open the website with the help of context menu.

"File Name" column displays the list of all files that were processed and the number of emails extracted from each and every file. You can open the highlighted file, review it or go through its properties (if the disk is still in the CD -drive).

Export features
Atomic CD Email Extractor supports email address export into such the applications as following:

The program saves email addresses only, not the list of disk files.
