With the Tag Directory Web Part for Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 you can render Managed Metadata, Taxonomies and Enterprise Keywords right from the Term Store and also Social Tags, as flat A-Z index or glossary of tags as well-known from technical books using flexible templates. The tags are linked to the SharePoint 2010 Tag Profiles or, alternatively, via search directly to the tagged content. The SharePoint Web part offers additional metadata navigations to browse the corporate knowledge alphabetically - cross site-collection, and independent of the content store's structure. The Web Part is available as part of the Knowledge Management Suite for SharePoint 2010 or separately. Please note, that a hierarchical tree-style Tag Navigation Web Part is also available.
