Gazelle (Point of Sale) features a centralised multi-branch, multi-terminal system plus an integrated online store. Gazelle is a web-based point of sale system. This makes Gazelle highly accessible; you access it simply by using your Internet browser, even from the one on your iPad. Being a centralised system, updates are real-time.
For instance, a sale that happens on one branch will instantly appear on other branches and in the headquarter. Gazelle supports three flexible deployment options; normal local installation, in the Cloud or in your own server. Browse through the links on the right sidebar to learn more.
Point of Sale Features
Gazelle Point of Sale screen is designed to be fast and efficient. Its large buttons are friendly for touch screens, and Gazelle is compatible with most available barcode scanners. For frequently sold item, assign it to be one of the colourful Quick Keys on the right side of the screen. You certainly don't want to keep your customers queueing !
Splitting Payment Gazelle supports splitting payment with different payment methods. For instance, you can allow your customers to pay, part by voucher and the rest by credit card.
Professional Receipt We've designed Gazelle's receipt to be sharp looking and concise. You have the option to personalize the receipt by putting your company's logo on top. For the environmentally conscious, Gazelle allows you to e-mail receipts instead of printing them.
Cash Float Gazelle's cash float feature allows you to know exactly how much cash is in the terminal cash drawer at any one time. By declaring the amount at the start and end of each day, you can be certain that your staff doesn't misuse the cash.

Inventory Features
Gazelle's inventory management system is catered to handle huge number of items in your store. The Inventory screen has a Google-like search box on top which allows you to quickly locate any item that you have. Gazelle supports managing both stock items and non-stock (order-on-demand) items.
Item Options Each item in Gazelle is highly customizable. You can categorize your items in a hierarchical class system, assign brand and suppliers to it. If you have multiple branches, you can set different selling prices to different branches as well. Additionally, you can mark an item as service and Gazelle will treat it appropriately.
Image Assign every item an image. This image will be both visible in the Item selector screen and in the online store. If you have thousands of items, visual confirmation is certainly a good way to prevent errors.
Variation Group You can easily group variations of an item, for example a shirt of different colours and sizes. Gazelle supports tracking stock quantity of each individual variation. You can even assign different selling price and different image to each individual variation.
Item History Observe how the stock of an item moves through the Transaction Summary screen. This will ensure that stock loss or anomalies can be swiftly identified and analysed.
Track Low Stock Its a loss when your stock can't fulfill a sale. Gazelle's low stock report ensures that you restock items early and maintain healthy stock level to meet your customers' demands.
Customer Features
In any business, customer is a very important asset. Gazelle features a comprehensive customer management system to ensure that you don't lose touch with your customers. You can search for a customer by first name, e-mail address or other fields easily. You can also set a customer to be non-taxable if he/she is located overseas.
Quick Entry You would not want to keep a customer waiting while you are recording his/her information. You can create new customer record within Gazelle in seconds not minutes.
Grouping You can assign customers to different groups. This allows you to differentiate your customers, for example in a membership system. You can then create seasonal discounts that apply only to a specific customer group i.e Gold members.
Customer Record Keep track of the record of purchases made by your customers. You can take a glance at it on their visits and make sure you treat your loyal customers well.
Mailer Its not sufficient for a business to only track its customers, you will need to engage them occasionally. Gazelle's Mailer allows you to send mass e-mails or SMS to all your customers. Inform them the latest happenings and make them visit your store again.
