Perfect PDF Office

Perfect PDF 7 Office will be integrated in 16 widespreaded Windows applications: Windows Explorer, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio und Project), OpenOffice.org (Writer, Calc, Impress, Draw, Base, Math), Internet Explorer und Mozilla Firefox und Thunderbird. Perfect PDF 7 Office converts Microsoft Office, OpenOffice files and Documents, incl. metadata, Web sites and HTML files, images and Texts in PDF format. That means that the links, tables of contents, bookmarks, form fields and controls, comments and indexes of your Office documents will also be present and functional in the resulting PDF.

Perfect PDF 7 Office includes a PDF program that allows you to view, print, annotate and sign PDF files. It also lets you rearrange the document structure (insert, move, remove, resize and rotate pages), and to design PDF documents using galleries of watermarks, stamps, backgrounds and more. You can create PDF documents from text or image files and insert pages from image files or scanned images. Perfect PDF 7 Office offers different tools to make a work with the PDF files and PDF content more comfortable: file find, snapshot, measuring tool, magnifying glass.

However you cannot create PDFs using the print to PDF feature in other applications. Only the formats mentioned above are supported. Commenting is restricted, editing page content is not supported but both are available in Premium or Editor products.
