In addition, Writer 2012 includes several new functions not available in the free version. Chief among these is a new section tab that allows the user to quickly and conveniently organize their document layout, it includes multiple useful layout tools such as a cover page option, a range of page numbers, and a section manager. Writer 2012 also includes a VBA macro function to assist in the performance of specific database functions and in the execution of certain special commands. Furthermore, Writer added a new 2012 interface that is similar to the Microsoft Office 2007 and 2010 layouts. This interface provides more space whilst simultaneously supporting a greater number of features. It offers a cover page option with a large selection of cover page styles to produce more vibrant documents, and a distinctive paragraph adjustment tool to help you easily alter paragraph formatting. If this new interface is not to your tastes, however, you can easily revert back to the traditional version. Writer also supports an online update feature that means you'll always be up to date with the newest Kingsoft developments.
