Windows 8 Compatibility
With all the excitement with Windows 8, I am pleased to inform you that 123 Sync 2013 is compatible with Windows 8.We had to change the installation so that a shortcut could be added to the desktop upon completion of the installation. The sync works great and is compatible with Outlook 2013.

Bounced Emails management in 123 Sync 2013
This is an overlooked feature of the email integration feature if 123 Sync 2013, but the Bounced Emails capability allows you to do some great things:
• Identify contacts in your ACT! database that have an invalid or problematic email address
• Integrate the emails into the contact's history so that you can later resolve the issue.
• Set a contact field so that you can lookup all the contacts with an invalid email address and take appropriate action.

We have just added a new tool to 123 Sync. Here's the details:
Copy Outlook Folder Tool. This tool, accessible through the Tools->Advanced->Tools menu in 123 Sync, will copy the Contacts, Calendar and Tasks folder data for the users that have been setup in 123 Sync to a backup folder (named 123SyncFolderCopy) under the user's folder collection.
